About the Role: Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the strategic vision for solar and BESS projects, ensuring alignment with overall renewable energy goals. Technical & Financial Oversight: Lead feasibility studies, financial modelling, and risk management to ensure robust project planning. Regulatory Compliance: Navigate complex regulations and manage the permitting process to secure all necessary approvals. FID Preparation: Ensure projects meet all FID requirements and present compelling project details to secure investment. Requirements: Proven track record in leading solar and BESS projects. Strong technical, financial, and regulatory expertise. Exceptional project management skills and ability to present to executive teams. Pay range and compensation package: Remuneration: £90,000 – 120,000 per annum, bonus and Long-Term incentive Plan
